“Let us give voice to give insight and calm”

What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?

CBT therapists help clients develop skills that enable them to be more in control of their thoughts (the cognitive part) and their actions (the behavioural part). As a client, you are fully involved in planning your treatment. I treat a variety of common mental health difficulties and life challenges such as mood and anxiety disorders.

Approach

Being a CBT therapist I feel privileged to work alongside my clients on their therapeutic journey. My approach is person-centred, empathetic, non-judgemental, where the needs of the client are always at the heart of my practice.

Together we explore personal difficulties and develop coping skills to enhance a better way of living.
